How to ask us to delete your account

1. Email xhuljo.selam.malaj@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Psst account".
2. Tell us your Psst username, and how you sign in (email, Facebook or TikTok). Send it from the email address on your account if you can, so we can confirm it's you.
3. We confirm, then delete your account and the data below within 30 days, and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account, sign-in details and username
• Questions you received, your replies, and the hints and reveals you unlocked
• Your blocks, reports, notifications, and your Terms and consent records
• The link between your Psst account and your Facebook or TikTok account

Questions you sent to other people stay in their inboxes, but they are no longer linked to your account and can never be revealed.

Signed in with Facebook?

You can also remove Psst from your Facebook account: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Psst → Remove. That stops Psst from getting your Facebook info again, but it doesn't delete your Psst account, so please also email us as above.

Signed in with TikTok?

You can remove Psst's access in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, in the list of apps and services you've connected. Then email us as above to delete your Psst account.
